Nancy Stiles is a St. Louis-based journalist with extensive experience in food writing and history. She has covered the food, wine, agriculture, cocktail and beer scenes from Kansas City to Springfield to St. Louis for several years. Her work has been published in Elle, Town & Country, Glamour.com, Missouri Life, St. Louis magazine, Feast, The Riverfront Times, Complex, The Columbia Missourian, Vox magazine, and more. She is currently working on a book about the Muench baby hoax of 1935.
